I decided to create a fictional album that readers will receive for free if they subscribe to the magazine. I knew that it had to be a lot different to the photo on the front cover as this magazine needs variation. I wanted it to be abstract and unconventional as opposed to a generic posed album cover. I took photos of my brother Justin who enjoys pulling faces (despite being 21), so naturally when in front of a camera he makes strange facial expressions, in this particular photo he has a piece of an orange in his mouth to distort his face even more.
On Photoshop CS4 I played around with filters and effects and ended up with this scary creation:
